Orders ship from our Phoenix facility within 2 – 4 days from when the order was placed and once processed, typically take about 5 – 7 business days to arrive. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Local Pick Up + Delivery
When checking out, you have the option to select your preferred delivery method. Be sure to select if you'd like to pick up your order locally or have your order delivered if you'd prefer (for a small convenience fee) instead of your order being shipped directly to you.
Once you select local pick up or delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with information to schedule an opening in our books for pick up or drop off. In regard to local drop off – if the delivery address meets our delivery radius criteria, you will be able to move forward with the order. Please have your confirmation email and/or order number ready for verification before the exchange.
It's our goal to create products you love, but we understand if you are not satisfied with a specific product. However, due to the personal nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns at this time regarding body products. Your satisfaction of our product is very important to us. Please Contact Us with your feedback, and we will do our best to accommodate. The likeliness of a return will depend on the type of product and cause for concern.
Exchanges + Damages
We do our best to ensure that our products are packaged well to prevent damage. However, we understand accidents can occur and an order can arrive damaged on occasion. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damage within 2 days of receipt for an exchange and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. We review exchange requests on a case by case basis and will work with you directly if approved.
All items purchased from the sale section are final sale and may not be returned. Final sale items are only eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit for non-body care related products within 30 days of purchase. This policy also applies to all special sale events or promotions where the return policy indicates "Final Sale / No Exchanges" verbiage.
Refunds (if issued) may take up to 10 business days to process. Upon receipt of returned products, Katlin Supply Co. reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our shipping and returns policy requirements.
